The following text is the current baseline Terms framework for KnowPaths. It explains the essential rules for accounts, content, community activity, and platform services.
1. Platform scope
KnowPaths provides platform services related to creation, discovery, publishing, opportunity research, professional presentation, messaging, and related commerce features. Specific modules may be added, adjusted, or paused over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You should provide accurate, manageable registration information and protect your login credentials.
- A single account may activate multiple identity modules, subject to the platform design.
- If an account is restricted, deactivated, or deleted, handling follows the platform rules and workflows.
3. Content and rights
- Users retain the rights they lawfully hold in their own works and materials.
- To display, process, and distribute content on the service, you grant the platform a limited and necessary permission to use that content.
- You may not upload content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
4. Acceptable use
- You must not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, spammy, impersonating, malicious, or disruptive behavior.
- You must not bypass moderation, permissions, payment flows, or safety controls.
- If you use the platform on behalf of an organization or client, you should have the necessary authority to do so.
5. Moderation, governance, and enforcement
KnowPaths may review, restrict, unpublish, or otherwise act on content, identities, accounts, submissions, or service eligibility when required for quality control, community safety, legal compliance, identity verification, or platform governance.
6. Commerce and opportunity services
Store, order, payment, entitlement, opportunity research, and related services are provided according to their respective workflows and page descriptions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, opportunity research, informational materials, and platform content do not constitute legal, investment, medical, or other professional advice.
7. Disclaimers and changes
- The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; some modules may still be in testing, staged rollout, or paused status.
- To the extent allowed by law, KnowPaths does not assume unlimited liability for indirect loss, service interruption, or third-party behavior.
- KnowPaths may update these terms when needed, and the on-site updated version becomes the current version.
